Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We’ve embarked on our 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.
Location
Any Crisis Skylight. This is a hybrid role with homeworking available in line with Crisis’ Hybrid Working Policy.
About Us
We’re the UK’s national charity for people experiencing homelessness. And we’re determined to end homelessness, for good. We don’t just help prevent homelessness from happening, we deliver life-changing face‑to‑face services through our nine Skylight centres, and campaign fiercely to change policy in England, Scotland and Wales on issues including benefits and employment, health and wellbeing, housing, law and rights, and rough sleeping.
It’s an exciting time to join the high-value fundraising teams at Crisis. Not only are we preparing to deliver our Crisis at Christmas campaign, we’re in the private face of a £30M campaign to acquire 100 homes that will provide stable housing for people experiencing some of the most severe forms of homelessness. At the same time, we all are delivering a bold ten-year strategy that aims to see the beginning of the end of homelessness by 2034.
About The Role
This role will reimagine what commercial corporate partnerships look like at Crisis, and play a leading role in growing our income, brand profile and audience reach through new commercial relationships across all sectors.
From our iconic Crisis at Christmas campaign and slate of high-profile events, to our new housing delivery ambitions and our life‑changing Skylight services, we’re looking for someone who can identify, shape and deliver innovative new commercial partnerships strategy that includes sponsorship partnerships, new cause related marketing campaigns and brand campaigns that will transform our income.
About You
- You’ll be an experienced, tenacious, results‑orientated senior fundraiser who will bring creativity to building a new commercial partnerships strategy that turbo‑charges our income, grow our brand profile and audience reach.
- You’ll own your pipeline and, with the New Commercial Partnerships Manager, identify, build and convert new sponsorship, cause related marketing and brand partnerships that deliver real value for Crisis, and our new partners.
- You’ll be motivated by the challenge of reimagining what new commercial partnerships can deliver at Crisis, and be a self‑starter who confidently speaks the language of corporate marketing, brand and buying teams and external agencies.
- You’ll collaborate closely with our Brand, Marketing & Audience team, our Retail, Media and Client Services teams to package up new high‑value commercial propositions at pace.
- You’ll be commercially savvy who can spot new opportunities for commercial partnerships that others may miss. We’re looking for someone who can adapt industry priorities, motivations and funding trends into corporate new commercial partnership opportunities for Crisis.
- You’ll be experienced at identifying, pitching and successfully securing six and seven figure new partnerships, and someone who loves building networks, external relationships and influencing internally and externally to get things done.
