Crisis, the national charity for people experiencing homelessness, is seeking a Shop Supervisor in London. You will lead in-store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and support volunteers while helping to meet ambitious sales targets and fund our life-changing work.
You will train Crisis members on the shop floor, share stock processing responsibilities, and collaborate with your team to develop your own skills and career progression.
