Crisis Skylight Merseyside is seeking a Lead Worker in the Coaching team to support people who are homeless or at risk. You will lead a caseload, apply the Crisis Case Management Framework and help members to develop personalised plans toward ending homelessness sustainably.
You will empower individuals to pursue housing options, access benefits and linked services, while maintaining collaborative, psychologically informed relationships with partners.
