Responsibilities
- Shape the policies, governance, and compliance framework underpinning Crisis’s ambition to provide 1,000 homes for people experiencing homelessness.
- Provide expert advice on housing regulation, influencing decision‑making across the organisation.
- Translate legislation and regulatory requirements into practical policies and procedures that ensure safe, legally compliant housing services.
- Embed high standards of landlord compliance and governance to support positive housing outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement, champion the rights of people experiencing homelessness, and strengthen compliance and governance.

- You are passionate about improving housing services and ensuring people experiencing homelessness have access to safe, affordable, high‑quality homes.
- You enjoy turning complex legislation and mandatory compulsory obligations into practical solutions.
- You are naturally curious, detail‑oriented, confident to identify risks, challenge existing ways of working and drive positive change.
