- You have experience working in fundraising, supporter engagement, customer service or another relationship-focused environment where attention to detail and excellent communication are essential.
- You're a confident communicator who can produce clear, accurate and engaging written content for a range of audiences.
- You are comfortable working with databases and systems, maintaining high-quality records and using data to support planning, delivery and reporting.
- You thrive in collaborative environments, building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders while also taking ownership of your own work.
- You're proactive, solutions-focused and able to anticipate needs, identify priorities and support others effectively.
- Above all, you're motivated by Crisis' mission and values and want to play your part in ending homelessness.
Please see the full Job Pack for a complete list of requirements for this role. We realise that long lists of criteria can be daunting, and you may not want to apply for a role unless you feel 100% qualified. We know that the more perspectives, voices and experiences we can bring to this work, the better.
We particularly welcome applications from people who have lived experience of homelessness, and people from all marginalised groups, communities and backgrounds.
