Crisis Shops is seeking an experienced charity retail manager to lead a busy shop and on-site cafe. You’ll set the standard on the shop floor, decide on pricing, stock and merchandising, and build partnerships to bring in quality donations.
You’ll coach staff and volunteers, drive sales and volunteering targets, keep displays vibrant, maintain safety and cash handling, and be part of a supportive local network with training investment.
