Job Description

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We have embarked on our 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.

Location: Hybrid from our London office, E1, with the requirement to travel as needed. We are open to a range of flexible working options, in line with Crisis' Hybrid Working Policy.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Crisis' High Value team and help deliver excellent experiences for some of our most committed supporters. As High Value Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the team's fundraising, stewardship and engagement activity, helping to ensure supporters receive a high-quality and professional experience at every stage of their relationship with Crisis.

About you

• You're highly organised and enjoy supporting multiple projects and priorities in a busy team environment.

• You have experience in an administrative, customer service, supporter care or fundraising support role.

• You're a confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• You are comfortable working with databases and systems, maintaining accurate records and handling information with care and attention to detail.

• You have strong organisational skills, a methodical approach to your work and can manage deadlines effectively.

• You enjoy working collaboratively, while also taking initiative and ownership of your responsibilities.

• Above all, you're motivated by Crisis' mission and values and want to contribute to ending homelessness.
