We have a fantastic opportunity for a Shop Supervisor to make a difference and deliver positive social impact in the local community while also raising money to fund Crisis' work ending homelessness.
You will play a key role in delivering customer service and supporting volunteers, as well maintaining the look and feel of the shop and processing stock.
You will work towards ambitious sales and training targets, maximising the impact on our mission to end homelessness.
This is a unique retail opportunity where you will also be involved in delivering on the job training for Crisis members, supporting them to gain the skills and confidence needed in the workplace.
You will work collaboratively with your team and will have opportunities to build your own skills and career progression.
