As Senior Partnerships and Practice Officer at Crisis, you will support strategic policy change, service delivery and community building to prevent and end homelessness across the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with policy, communications and campaigns teams in England, Scotland and Wales to advance Crisis’ policy objectives.
  • Support the development of Crisis services across Skylight Centres and lead a Community of Practice.
  • Build relationships with external organisations and provide tools and resources to enable them to end homelessness.
  • Drive projects such as a built-for-zero, places-based approach and joint initiatives with partners like Lloyds Banking Group.
  • Assist Crisis Homelessness Alliance signatories and other corporate partners to raise awareness and develop prevention strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills across diverse sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of local authorities, public bodies, housing and homelessness systems and the current legal frameworks across the UK.
  • Ability to identify barriers, themes and design services that ensure help reaches those who need it.
