Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhancePython-based applicationsfor trading and risk use cases
Builddata processing pipelines and automation scriptsfor trade,riskandreconciliation workflows
Work withlarge financial datasetsto supportPnL, riskandreporting requirements
Contribute tosystem design,architectureand scalability decisions
Collaborate withquants,tradersandrisk teamsto translate business requirements into technical solutions
Develop and integrateREST APIs and backend services
Ensurehigh code quality and test coverage
Participate incode reviewsandmentorjunior developers whererequired
Must-Have Skills
Strong exposure to enterprise-gradefront-office trading and risk platforms(e.g.,Quartz,SecDB, Athena, Kanon, Beacon or equivalent), with integration across pricing,riskandtrade lifecycle workflows
StrongSQL skillswith ability to handle complex queries and large datasets
Experience withPython libraries (Pandas, NumPy)for data processing
Experience buildingRESTfulAPIs/services (Flask /FastAPI/ Django)
Strong understanding ofdata structures and performance optimization
Experienceworking withlarge-scale data processing andperformance optimization
Working knowledge ofUnix / Linux environments and basic shell scripting
Domain Experience (Critical)
Experience working inInvestment Banking / Capital Markets environments
Market Risk / CCR /PnL/ Trade lifecycle / Reconciliation
Understanding of financial products such as:
Good-to-Have
Experience working withquants or pricing models
Basic scripting (Unix / Bash)
Prior experience inglobal banking environments
