We are looking for a Technology Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong experience in risk transformation programs within investment banking. The role involves managing delivery across technology and business teams, driving execution of large-scale initiatives across risk platforms, data and regulatory change programs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead delivery of technology-driven risk transformation programs (Market Risk, CCR, regulatory initiatives)
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, tracking and delivery
- Work closely with technology teams, BAs and business stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Track and manage project milestones, dependencies, risks and issues
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) where applicable
- Ensure alignment across front office, risk and IT teams
- Drive stakeholder communication and reporting across senior management
- Support UAT, release planning and production rollouts
- Strong experience as a Technology Project Manager / Scrum Master in banking
- Proven experience delivering risk or regulatory transformation programs
- Strong understanding of: Market Risk / CCR / Risk platforms / data flows
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, tech, quants, QA)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Agile and/or hybrid delivery models
- Experience in Investment Banking / Capital Markets
- Exposure to: Risk transformation programs (Market Risk, CCR, regulatory change)
- Understanding of: Trade lifecycle, risk data, reporting and system architecture
- Exposure to FRTB or regulatory programs
- Basic understanding of data platforms / APIs / system integration
- Experience working with global delivery teams
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Experience ~10+ years (senior profiles preferred)
