We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) with expertise in the FX trade lifecycle to support the migration of our legacy FX platform . The BA will play a key role in analyzing existing system functionalities, evaluating their business relevance and efficiency, and defining optimal processes for the new platform. This position requires close collaboration with Trading, Sales, Operations, Technology, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Trade Lifecycle Analysis: Assess how FX trades are currently processed, including trade capture, pricing, risk management, settlement, fees, sales credit and reporting in the legacy platform.

• Workflow Evaluation & Optimization: Identify core functionalities in the legacy system, determine whether they are still required, and assess whether they can be replicated or improved in target platform .

• Business & Functional Requirement Gathering: Work closely with Trading, Sales, Operations, , and Tech teams to document requirements and define optimal solutions.

• Broker Fees & Prime Brokerage Handling: Analyze how broker fees and prime brokerage transactions are processed in the current system and define target-state solutions.

• EOD Processes & Reporting: Evaluate current end-of-day processing, reconciliations, and reporting workflows to ensure efficiency in new platfrom .

• Sales Credit & Revenue Attribution: Work with Sales and Finance teams to understand how sales credits are allocated and ensure the new platform supports accurate revenue recognition.

• Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management: Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication during the migration.

• Data Mapping & Integration: Work with technology teams to define data transformation and integration between legacy and new platforms.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of the FX trade lifecycle across front-office, middle-office, and back-office functions.

• Experience in trading platform migrations. Hands-on experience with FX products, pricing, risk, settlements, reconciliations, and

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Trading, Sales, Operations, and Technology.

• Experience with broker fees, prime brokerage workflows, EOD processes, and P&L reporting.

• Familiarity with data mappings, trade enrichment, and system integrations in FX environments.
