Coalition Greenwich is currently seeking a Product Manager, Financial Services Digital Transformation Benchmarking, to join their growing organization. The position is aligned with the London office. The Research Manager for Digital Transformation Benchmarking will join an exciting and fast-growing practice area at Coalition Greenwich. Our Digital Transformation Benchmarking product advises bank leadership teams by providing data and insights to help prioritise large and important technology investment decisions in an industry undergoing a period of massive disruption.

You will have the opportunity to:
- Use research, proprietary data, and insights from discussions with senior bank leadership to work closely with the Head of Product to further develop our suite of benchmarking studies, expanding coverage to new, emerging, and cutting-edge areas of digitisation in the banking industry.
- Further develop an established product to deliver more targeted insights and actionable recommendations addressing the specific questions and challenges faced by Europe-area commercial and corporate banks.
- Work with banks across all stages of benchmarking engagements, including pitching, contracting, data collection, data analysis, and delivery of research findings.
- Advise senior bank and fintech leadership on digital transformation strategies.
- Analyse benchmarking data received from banks and FinTechs.
- Develop consultative thought leadership for contribution to industry whitepapers, marketing materials, and engagement deliverables.
- Attend client meetings and industry forums to stay informed on bank technology investment priorities, market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive differentiators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial or corporate banking, fintech, or a consulting environment; product management experience is a plus.
- Strong familiarity with the commercial and corporate banking business is required.
- Passion to be part of an exciting period of transformation in the banking industry.
- Strong coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across support functions, including sales teams, production staff, and marketing.
- Ability for occasional travel depending on business needs.
