We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Client Services Team, part of our wider Real Estate Division, supporting the delivery of excellent client service across the firm.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of client management, working closely with partners, fee earners, and external stakeholders. It’s a dynamic position where no two days are the same — from overseeing client reporting and managing deadlines, to supporting large‑scale projects and ensuring seamless client operations. No prior experience in Legal is required!
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Corporate Services Team Leader in managing key client accounts.
- Acting as a first point of contact for client management queries.
- Developing and maintaining client systems, extranets, reports, and procedures.
- Coordinating deadlines, workflow, and client documentation to the highest standard.
- Supporting project management, including due diligence exercises and case management systems.
- Delivering exceptional client care through effective communication and organisation.
What we’re looking for:
- We are open to candidates from both legal and non‑legal backgrounds. You may currently be an administrative assistant, executive assistant, project coordinator, or client services professional — what matters most is your ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, professional environment and your commitment to first‑class client service!
- Strong organisational and IT skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
- A team player with energy, flexibility, and initiative.
- Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
This role provides the chance to work with high‑profile clients in a collaborative and supportive team within our Real Estate Division. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of work, develop specialist knowledge, and contribute to innovative projects within the firm. We value enthusiasm, fresh perspectives, and a willingness to “go the extra mile” to deliver outstanding service.
If you’re ready to take on a varied, challenging, and rewarding role in a firm that values professionalism and innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll spend at least 60% of your working week in the office, though we know there is no one‑size‑fits‑all and arrangements may vary from role to role. Our strong culture is founded on working together in the office, which we aim to maintain through our people being regularly co‑located, working cohesively and in collaboration with one another.
We are a certified B Corporation committed to making a positive and lasting difference. We are excited about the opportunities this affords us to continually improve as a responsible, sustainable, and inclusive business.
