As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional legal advice while helping to strengthen and grow client relationships. Your work will include advising clients on a broad range of employment law matters, contributing to client strategy, and supporting the team’s continued growth through client engagement and business development activity. Delivering high-quality employment law advice to a diverse client base Building trusted relationships with clients , developing a strong understanding of their businesses and commercial priorities Playing an active role in business development , including networking, events and articles Supporting the firm’s commitment to excellent client service, risk management and professional standards Managing matters efficiently, including time recording, billing and fee recovery We’re looking for a commercially minded employment lawyer who enjoys working collaboratively and building strong client relationships. Experience gained at a large regional or medium to large London law firm Strong experience advising on employment law matters for employers A strong track record of delivering work against commercial and financial targets Legal degree (2:1 or above) or non-law degree followed by GDL/LPC Training contract completed at a large regional or medium to large firm Our Employment team works closely with businesses to provide practical, strategic advice that helps them navigate complex workplace challenges.
