On behalf of a well-established accountancy firm, we are recruiting for a Senior Accountant to work in the firm’s Agriculture Property Department in what is essentially a management role. The role can be based in Banbury, Kettering or Stratford Upon Avon and will involve managing a portfolio of predominantly agricultural and rural businesses, delivering accounting and tax planning services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accounting professional with an in-depth understanding of the agricultural sector and rural businesses.

As Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

- Taking more advanced work from partners and delegating more routine work to others, and promoting training within the team
- Getting to know clients and their businesses
