We are recruiting for an Audit Senior to join the expanding team of a successful and growing accountancy firm. The ideal candidate will be a qualified, client focussed auditor with previous experience of leading audit assignments from planning to completion. Along with a competitive salary, depending upon experience, the successful candidate will receive an attractive, comprehensive benefits package and hybrid working. As Audit Senior your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring audit files contain all necessary documentation, properly organised in the appropriate sections.
  • Analyse accounting data from client records, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with regulatory, audit methodology, and risk management requirements.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and established clients and address client queries promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and understand client needs, offering tailored solutions and executing them effectively.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, answering questions and ensuring high-quality work.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate and timely client files and audits.
  • Deliver client work in adherence to legal and statutory requirements.
