Are you a digital marketer who enjoys creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns and seeing the impact your work has on a growing business?We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Communications team and play a key role in developing and delivering our digital marketing activity across the firm.
This is a hands-on, varied role covering website, social media, email marketing, video, content creation and online advertising.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, as well as external agencies and digital partners, to strengthen our online presence, engage our audiences and generate new business opportunities.
What you’ll be doing You’ll have the opportunity to get involved across the full digital marketing mix, including: Managing and updating website content, supporting website improvement projects and helping to optimise the user experience.
Creating and scheduling engaging content across our social media channels and maintaining the social media content calendar.
Supporting SEO activity and working with external digital agencies to implement recommendations.
Creating, filming and editing video and multimedia content for social media, the website, email campaigns and events.
Planning and delivering email marketing campaigns, including building, testing and analysing campaigns using marketing technology such as Click Dimensions.
Supporting Google, Bing and paid social advertising campaigns, monitoring performance and helping to improve targeting and results.
Using website, social media, email and campaign data to identify opportunities and make practical recommendations.
Supporting colleagues with digital marketing, social media and content creation best practice.
Contributing ideas to improve our digital presence, brand awareness and overall marketing performance.
What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone with at least two years’ digital marketing experience who is confident working across multiple digital channels and can combine creativity with a data-driven approach.
Importantly, experience within a B2B or professional services environment is highly desirable.
You’ll need to understand how to market to professional audiences, communicate often complex subject matter clearly and create content that supports both brand and business development objectives.
You’ll ideally bring experience of: Managing digital marketing activity across websites, email, social media and online advertising.
Working with CMS platforms such as Word Press, Google Analytics, SEO tools and email marketing platforms.
Creating and editing digital content, including video, graphics and imagery.
Using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva or similar.
Writing accurate, engaging and concise copy for a range of digital channels.
Analysing digital performance and using data to identify opportunities for improvement.
You’ll be organised, commercially aware and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Just as importantly, you’ll be proactive, curious and keen to keep learning as digital platforms and trends evolve.
