No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in helping our lawyers win new work, strengthen client relationships and drive growth across the firm.What you'll be doingAs part of our collaborative Business Development team, you'll:Support the delivery of sector and practice business development plansCreate compelling pitches, proposals and presentations that help us win new businessDevelop marketing collateral, credentials, website content and thought leadership materialsConduct market and client research to identify opportunities and trendsSupport the planning and delivery of client events and marketing campaignsAnalyse business development activity, report on performance and identify opportunities for improvementManage and develop our CRM, pitch library and business development resourcesWork closely with partners, lawyers and the wider marketing team across the firmWe're looking for someone who has:At least 2 years' experience in a Business Development or Marketing role within a professional services firm (legal experience would be highly advantageous)Excellent written communication skills with experience producing high-quality pitches and business development contentStrong commercial awareness and an interest in understanding clients and marketsExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to build relationships with stakeholders across the businessExperience using CRM and marketing technology (or the ability to learn quickly)JobFamilyBusiness SupportPayTypeSalary
