About the roleWorking with this highly respected team you will work on a wide range of development and infrastructure projects, offering strategic advice and technical expertise on planning applications, appeals, judicial reviews, and environmental matters. Recent highlights include: Advising on a range of natural capital matters for a local authority client including the negotiations of its first S.106 agreement to establish a Habitat Bank for biodiversity net gain and nutrient mitigation.
Advising on planning matters in connection with a number of large scale strategic residential schemes including complex s106 negotiations involving complex landownership structures, multiple stakeholders.
Supporting a joint venture between high profile institutional investors on due diligence and planning matters relating to a multi-site, single-family rental housing joint venture.
About youWe are looking for a candidate with 2+ years' PQE or more, who has worked in a similar environment, with experience of working with investment firms, house builders, and individuals looking for planning advice and guidance.
