We have an exciting new role…..
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Undertaking file filleting for the purpose of providing files to clients or their new solicitors.
- Taking a lead on the firm’s CQS accreditation.
- Management of our lender panel.
- Preparing payment requests for claim and complaint files.
- Opening of claim files.
- Working on individual projects or ad hoc tasks to support the development of the Compliance team’s systems and procedures.
- Assisting our Data Protection Officer with GDPR related matters and data security queries, including logging of breaches.
About you
We are looking for someone who has a strong interest in technology, processes, risk, and compliance. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a professional services or customer-focused environment and be able to work independently without constant supervision.
You\’ll spend at least 60% of your working week in the office, though we know there is no one-size-fits-all and arrangements may vary from role to role.
