A dynamic and talented Deputy Headteacher committed to achieving the highest quality of education for each child in their care. The successful candidate will have the energy and motivation to work with the Headteacher to continue to drive the school forward in its quest for excellence.

We are seeking someone who:

  • Has high expectations of learning, achievement and behaviour for all children.
  • Has a sound knowledge of quality first teaching, including how to tailor learning for pupils with SEND and to align the curriculum for its PPG cohort.
  • Is a qualified teacher with a proven record of excellent teaching.
  • Is experienced in supporting and developing staff at different stages of their careers.
  • Can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with pupils, staff, families and other agencies.
  • Has leadership experience and an understanding of SEND and inclusion.
