The predicted salary is between 24814 - 25169 € per year.

Salary: £24,814 - £25,169 per annum (dependent upon experience) inclusive of fringe allowance

Grade: 3

Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Work Pattern: Term time + 2 INSET days - 38.4 weeks per annum

Contract: Permanent

Holiday: Equivalent of 24 days holiday + Bank holidays per annum

Pension: 20.6% employer’s contribution

Lake Farm Park Academy is a three-form entry nursery and primary academy, with an SRP for 12 children with ASD. It serves the children and families of the richly diverse and welcoming community of Hayes in West London and is now the educational home to over 700 children. The academy is part of The Park Federation Academy Trust, allowing us to benefit from a wealth of expertise across our academies, as well as enabling us to provide opportunities for sharing of good practice and high quality training.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic professional, who has high expectations of themselves.

Key responsibilities and qualifications:
  • Can provide welfare and first aid support to pupils and staff
  • Can maintain our database of children with on-going needs
  • Can assist with care plans for pupils with specific and complex medical needs
  • Has the ability to communicate orally and in writing in connection with the preparation of reports, weekly plans and daily records
  • Has a good telephone manner and is able to deal sensitively with a range of children, parents and outside agencies
  • Has excellent IT and interpersonal skills
  • Is able to maintain confidentiality
  • Ideally has previous school office experience including using Arbour (although not essential)
  • Is efficient and is able to work on their own initiative and under pressure
