Site Manager
Contract type: Permanent | Work pattern: 36 hours per week, All year round (52 weeks) | Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 3.12pm | Salary information: SO1, £39,519 - £40,575 per annum (dependent upon experience) | Start date: Monday 4th January 2027
The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a proactive and reliable Site Manager to oversee the maintenance, security and upkeep of our buildings and grounds, ensuring a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment for our school community.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for health and safety compliance, including risk assessments and statutory maintenance requirements. A willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development is essential.
We are a thriving three-form entry primary school with a large and varied site, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and making a positive contribution to the life of the school.
