Salary information: SO1, £34,310 - £35,225 per annum (dependent upon experience)

Work pattern: 36 hours per week, Term time only +5 INSET Days +5 days during school holidays to be agreed in advance every year with the Headteacher (40 weeks)

We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised Office Manager and PA to Headteacher to join our school. We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in leading and managing administrative teams and systems.
  • Skilled in providing high-quality administrative support to senior leaders.
  • Confident in managing attendance, admissions, pupil data and school administration processes.
  • Able to prioritise competing demands and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SIMS, with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, staff, governors and external agencies.
  • Committed to supporting the vision, values and culture of the school.
