Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Work Pattern: term time + INSET days – 39 weeks per annum

Lake Farm Park Academy is a three-form entry nursery and primary academy, with an SRP for 12 children with ASD. It serves the children and families of the richly diverse and welcoming community of Hayes in West London and is now the educational home to over 700 children. The academy is part of The Park Federation Academy Trust, allowing us to benefit from a wealth of expertise across our academies, as well as enabling us to provide opportunities for sharing of good practice and high quality training.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic professional, who has high expectations of themselves.
Responsibilities- Provide welfare and first aid support to pupils and staff
- Maintain our database of children with ongoing needs
- Assist with care plans for pupils with specific and complex medical needs
- Communicate orally and in writing in connection with the preparation of reports, weekly plans and daily records
- Have a good telephone manner and is able to deal sensitively with a range of children, parents and outside agencies
- Have excellent IT and interpersonal skills
- Maintain confidentiality
- Ideally have previous school office experience including using Arbor (although not essential)
- Be efficient and able to work on own initiative and under pressure
- Extensive support and CPD
