Receptionist & Administration Assistant

Lake Farm Park Academy serves the children and families of the diverse community in Hayes, Middlesex, and is part of The Park Federation Academy Trust.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Administration Assistant.

Salary: £23,878 - £24,220 per annum. Contract: Permanent. Working hours: 35 hours per week, term time only – 38 weeks per annum.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to staff, pupils and parents.
  • Maintain an excellent telephone manner and handle sensitive needs of parents and pupils.
  • Utilise IT and interpersonal skills efficiently.
  • Keep confidential information secure.
  • Preferably have prior school office experience with SIMS. net (though not essential).
  • Work independently and under pressure, using initiative.
