Bishop Ramsey Church of England School is seeking a highly organised and committed Inclusion/Special Educational Needs (SEND) Administrator to join our Access & Inclusion Faculty. This is a vital role supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities, ensuring statutory processes are managed efficiently and compassionately. About the Role
The SEND Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Access & Inclusion Faculty, working closely with the Inclusion team. You will play a key role in supporting Annual Reviews, Exam Access arrangements, maintaining accurate SEND records and liaising with families, staff and external agencies. This role is full-time (36 hours per week), term-time only (plus one day for annual Staff Training). From September 2026, the faculty will also include a Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) for students with ASD/C, making this an exciting time to join a growing and forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and preparing statutory paperwork for SEND Annual Reviews.
- Attending and minuting Annual Review meetings and distributing outcomes.
- Liaising with parents/carers, staff and external professionals.
- Supporting EHC needs assessments and referrals to external agencies.
- Creating, updating and sharing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Maintaining accurate SEND records and data systems.
- Providing administrative support to the SENDCO and Access & Inclusion leadership team.
