We are seeking someone who can:
- Lead and enhance the quality of teaching and learning for SEND pupils.
- Hold the SENDCo qualification, or be willing to undertake the SENDCo qualification.
- Support and develop staff to deliver high-quality adaptive teaching that meets the needs of all learners.
- Promote inclusive practice and ensure SEND pupils make strong progress.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with external agencies, families and professionals.
- Play a key role as part of the wider leadership team.
