The successful candidate will be prepared to support children in class as well as deliver intervention programmes for individuals and groups of children across the school.
Responsibilities:- Fostering a positive and supportive environment for pupils in school.
- Assisting in the implementation of pastoral care programmes.
- Providing emotional support and guidance to pupils.
- Monitoring and addressing any behavioural or social issues.
- Collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure the overall well-being of pupils.
- Organising and participating in activities that promote a positive school culture.
- Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including those related to inclusion.
