Pield Heath House School is a non-maintained school for children & young people aged 7-19 with a range of additional severe & complex learning needs, speech & language, communication disorders & sensory processing difficulties. We are currently looking to recruit a Lead in Administration of SEND Statutory Processes to lead and manage the SEND administration pathway from admission through to transition, ensuring a high-quality, statutory compliant and person-centred provision and process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic and operational leadership of SEND statutory processes, admissions, attendance, family engagement and multi-disciplinary coordination.
Key duties will include:
- Lead statutory SEND processes including EHCP Annual Reviews.
- Manage and quality assure the admissions and initial assessment process.
- Lead attendance monitoring and targeted intervention strategies.
- Develop strong partnerships with families to remove barriers to engagement.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary professionals supporting students.
- Ensure compliance with SEND legislation and statutory guidance.
