We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Governance Professional to support the effective delivery of high-quality governance across our organisation. This is a key role that ensures robust corporate governance, compliance with regulatory obligations, and the smooth running of the Board. Working closely with senior leadership and board members, you will play a critical role in supporting decision‑making processes and maintaining strong governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive governance support to the Board of Directors.
- Prepare, coordinate and distribute agendas, papers, and minutes to a high standard.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain governance policies, frameworks, and registers (e.g. conflicts of interest, risk, delegations).
- Advise senior stakeholders on governance best practice and corporate compliance.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of governance processes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors.
- Ensure accurate record‑keeping and company secretarial filings where required.
