Global Academy in Hayes, a University Technical College sponsored by Global and UAL, seeks a Receptionist & Reprographic Officer.

The role is 30 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks), 8:00am-2:00pm, with start in September 2026.

You will be the friendly front of house and coordinate essential admin and print services for students and staff.

Responsibilities include managing reception, first aid duties, and running reprographics to ensure teaching materials are available when required.
