We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Finance and Operations Coordinator to join our dedicated support team. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines finance, administration and operational responsibilities, supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in working within a school office or a similar administrative environment.
- Highly organised with excellent administrative and record‑keeping skills.
- Able to work independently, use initiative and effectively manage competing priorities.
- Experienced in maintaining accurate records and working with management information systems, ideally SIMS.
- Skilled in communicating professionally with pupils, parents, staff, governors and external agencies.
- Able to provide excellent customer service and act as a positive ambassador for the school.
- Comfortable coordinating wraparound care, after‑school clubs, educational visits and school events.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident in learning and using new technologies.
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Dedicated to supporting the vision, values and culture of the school.
- Flexible, enthusiastic and able to work effectively as part of a team.
