Hours of work:Monday -Thursday,12.15pm -3.45pm
Salary information:Scale 3, Point 5, £9,941 per annum

The Governors of St Swithun Wells' Catholic School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic andcommitted Teaching and Learning Assistant who is driven by high standards of learning and supportfor children. St Swithun Wells' is a one form entry school with children who have positive attitudes tolearning and exemplary behaviour. We are looking for a child-centred Teaching Assistant who will:

• Have a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
• Provide whole class support under the direct instruction/guidance of the Class Teacher.
• Offer individual support to children with additional needs, lead interventions and give small groupsupport.
• Inspire and motivate children to achieve.
• Support the Catholic ethos of our school.
• Have creativity and flexibility and make use of their own initiative when appropriate.
• Have a great sense of humour and the ability to work as part of a team.
