Kingsway Community Trust wishes to appoint 2 highly motivated, dynamic and talented classroom teaching assistants to join the team at Cringle Brook Primary School in Key Stage 2, supporting children individually and in small groups, supporting learning, social and pastoral development. The positions are for a 1‑year temporary contract.
The successful candidates will be strong communicators who are nurturing, patient and positive individuals. They will be strong at building relationships with pupils, staff and parents. A very strong commitment to raising aspiration and attainment in an urban setting is essential. This role includes lunchtime supervision.
Strong literacy and numeracy skills are essential and successful completion of tests in these areas is part of the interview process. We offer strong professional development and a number of our TAs go on to teacher training.
First stage assessments: 16th June (in person)
Second stage assessments/interviews: 22 June 2026
This position is subject to 2 professional references and DBS clearance.
