The role
Crimtan is experiencing fast growth and is looking to expand its team in the global head office, located in Brighton, UK. The senior role would be ideal for a candidate with at least 4-5+ years’ experience in creative production design, looking to gain deeper experience within the Adtech industry and has an eye on eventually becoming more strategic. You will be technically minded yet creative, looking to develop your skills and push the boundaries of digital creative for our clients. You will have a deep interest in creative, automation and how to plug-in technology to enhance the creative. This role is suited to someone who is a quick learner and able to implement creative solutions using new tools and technologies. The role is a combination of leadership, design and production.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, manage and mentor the creative production team
- Build out scalable processes to support the production team to drive efficiencies
- Ensure the team is trained to a high industry standard
- Act as key point of contact for creative supporting key business functions
- Lead and create digital design concepts and mock ups for client pitches/briefs
- Adhere to corporate brand guidelines, and quality control of design work
- Design and build standard and dynamic digital display ads
- Collaboration both with colleagues and clients to understand and respond to the requirements of each project/brief
- Conduct user and competitive research (creative/technological references and inspirations) and R&D for new formats
- Support with the development of better working practices across teams to bring the different disciplines together more effectively
- Working alongside other design specialists, you will ensure that campaigns are set up efficiently, effectively, and accurately to be tracked and measured against client KPIs.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 4-5+ years’ experience as a digital designer, digital production manager
- Great communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Have a good understanding of UX
- Strong design skills from wireframes/scamps to production
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects
- Be able to use your initiative, prioritise and multi-task your workload to deadlines
- Willingness to learn and a positive approach to new challenges
- Ability to take initiative in response to direction and feedback
- Strong enthusiasm for design & production
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to sell in creative concepts
- Inquisitive mindset with a good understanding of the competitive landscape
