Salesforce Project Manager – Salesforce – Birmingham
Salary – Up to 65k
Birmingham – 3 days per week
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a professional services background to join their dynamic IT team. In this role, you will manage and deliver predominantly business change projects within time and cost constraints with a main focus on delivering Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing business change projects/Salesforce projects within a professional services environment, demonstrating strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Key skills:
- Strong Project Management experience
- Ability to achieve project buy in and co-operation
- Identify, initiate and maintain project RAIDs
- Develop strategies and measure to mitigate and control risk
- Previously managed business change programmes of work
- Experience of end-to-end project management
- Stakeholder Coordination – Effectively liaising with business stakeholders, IT team members, third-party suppliers, clients, and others to ensure successful project delivery.
- Project Leadership – Managing work breakdown structures, creating estimates, developing project and technical plans, overseeing finances, risks, contingencies, scope, and change control.
- Comprehensive Documentation – Preparing key project management documents including Project Initiation Documents (PID), status reports, change control notes, Business Cases, Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), test plans, and other essential documentation.
- Business Requirements – Clearly defining business requirements, processes, delivery plans, and benefit cases for various programs of work.
- Third-Party Management – Identifying, contracting, and managing third parties to deliver necessary solutions* Managing project plans and budgets
