About mpro5

mpro5 is a frontline operations platform trusted by multi-site organisations including Tesco, Compass Group, Northern Rail, and Booker Group. We help operations teams replace disconnected spreadsheets, paper forms, and siloed apps with one connected platform that covers tasks, compliance, communication, and learning.

We are listed on the London Stock Exchange and operating across the UK and internationally, with customers in food safety, facilities management, retail, and rail. Our model is Software AND a Service — we do not just sell licences, we implement, configure, and support our customers from day one.

This is a genuinely exciting moment to join. We are scaling our marketing and brand function and building the team that will take us into our next phase of growth.

The Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our sales and marketing team and help us build a brand that matches the quality of our product. You’ll work closely with Fred Whipp (CRO) and the broader marketing function to produce creative assets across product marketing, paid advertising, content, sales collateral, and brand development.

This isn’t a production-only role. We want someone who thinks creatively, has a point of view on what good looks like, and can help us raise the bar on everything we put out — from a LinkedIn ad to a pitch deck to a landing page.

You’ll be hands-on from day one, working across live campaigns and sales materials while also contributing to longer-term brand-building work as we grow.

What You Will Do

Campaigns & Advertising

  • Design assets for paid social campaigns (primarily LinkedIn), including single-image ads, carousel formats, and video thumbnails
  • Work within brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas to how we communicate pain points and proof points to different audiences
  • Iterate quickly on ad creative based on performance data, working with the marketing team to test and improve
  • Support campaign landing page design and visual consistency across the full funnel

Brand & Visual Identity

  • Help develop and maintain mpro5’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all internal and external materials
  • Build and maintain a library of reusable design templates that the team can use independently for day-to-day content needs
  • Contribute to brand evolution as mpro5 grows — we’re not starting from scratch, but there’s real work to be done in sharpening how we show up

Sales & Marketing Collateral

  • Design pitch decks, one-pagers, case study documents, and other sales materials that our commercial team uses in prospect conversations
  • Produce visual content for LinkedIn organic posts, including graphics, and data visualisations
  • Support the design of email campaigns, newsletters, and event materials as needed

Cross-team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Fred (CRO) and the marketing team on briefs, providing creative input as well as execution
  • Collaborate with product and customer success on launch assets and customer-facing materials
  • Brief and manage external agencies or freelancers when additional capacity is needed

What We Are Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • 2–5 years of graphic design experience, ideally with some exposure to B2B marketing or SaaS environments
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
  • Proven experience designing for digital channels, particularly paid social and content marketing
  • A solid portfolio that demonstrates range — you can do clean, professional brand work and eye-catching ad creative
  • Experience producing sales collateral and presentation design, not just digital assets
  • Comfortable working with motion graphics or video editing (nice to have, not a dealbreaker)

How You Work

  • You take briefs seriously and ask the right questions before you start — you want to understand the audience and the goal, not just the deliverable
  • You have a strong eye for detail and care about craft, but you can also move quickly when the situation calls for it
  • You’re comfortable working with feedback and iterating — good work here is collaborative, not precious
  • You can manage your own workload and communicate clearly about timelines and priorities
  • You’re curious about what performs well and willing to let data influence creative decisions

What We Offer

  • A high-growth, listed SaaS business with real commercial momentum
  • Direct access to senior leadership and meaningful input on how the brand develops
  • Hybrid working — two days per week in our Tunbridge Wells office
  • A small, collaborative team where your work will be seen and will matter
  • Competitive salary — dependent on experience

mpro5 is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from all backgrounds.
