Crimson Social is a real estate marketing agency helping estate agents and property developers generate leads and grow through social media and digital advertising.

We are looking for a Social Media Growth Manager to own client accounts, develop content strategies, and deliver measurable growth across social platforms.

This is a client-facing role combining strategy, creativity, relationship management, and performance analysis. You will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of estate agency and property developer clients, working closely with internal editors and content creators to deliver high‑performing content.

You will be responsible for shaping content strategy, writing video scripts, analysing performance, and continuously optimising content to improve growth and engagement. You will also contribute to creative concepts for housing development advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media accounts for estate agency and property clients
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a strategic advisor
  • Develop content strategies, plans, and calendars
  • Write scripts and content briefs for video content
  • Work with editors to ensure high-quality content delivery
  • Analyse performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Present insights and recommendations to clients
  • Attend client meetings, shoots, and content creation days
  • Develop creative concepts for property development campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform changes
  • Continuously optimise performance and client results

About You

You are both creative and analytical, able to generate strong content ideas while using data to guide decisions. You are confident managing client relationships and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • Experience managing social media accounts professionally
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts
  • Proven track record of creating high‑performing content
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms
  • Excellent copywriting and scriptwriting skills
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Ability to analyse performance data and make recommendations
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts
  • Experience in property, real estate, or housing developments
  • Paid social advertising experience
  • Agency experience
  • Knowledge of video production workflows
  • £35,000 - £45,000 salary depending on experience
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • One week off over Christmas
  • Birthday off
  • Travel expenses for client meetings, shoots, and London office visits
