About Crimson Social & The Role

Crimson Social is a real estate marketing agency helping estate agents and property developers generate leads and grow through social media and digital advertising. We are looking for a Social Media Growth Manager to own client accounts, develop content strategies, and deliver measurable growth across social platforms. This is a client-facing role combining strategy, creativity, relationship management, and performance analysis. You will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of estate agency and property developer clients, working closely with internal editors and content creators to deliver high-performing content. You will be responsible for shaping content strategy, writing video scripts, analysing performance, and continuously optimising content to improve growth and engagement. You will also contribute to creative concepts for housing development advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media accounts for estate agency and property clients
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a strategic advisor
  • Develop content strategies, plans, and calendars
  • Write scripts and content briefs for video content
  • Work with editors to ensure high-quality content delivery
  • Analyse performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Present insights and recommendations to clients
