Dynamics 365 Product Owner – Newcastle-Upon-Tyne
Salary – £50,000 – £70,000 per annum
Location – Newcastle-upon-Tyne (4 days/week on-site)
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Product Owner for a leading client based in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. In this role, you will lead the shaping and optimisation of enterprise applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure D365 platforms align with business objectives and provide excellent user experiences.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of D365 modules, configurations, and integrations.
- Experience working in Agile environments, managing backlogs, and driving product roadmaps.
- Effective communication with business leaders, technical teams, and end-users to define requirements and priorities.
- Analyzing business needs, identifying gaps, and optimising solutions using Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure services, APIs, and customisation of D365 solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategies and guide teams.
- Defining and managing the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Prioritising and maintaining the product backlog, working closely with development teams.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Overseeing system enhancements, configurations, and integrations to optimise business processes.
- Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure smooth implementation of new features.
- Monitoring performance metrics to assess system efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Staying informed about industry trends and recommending new features or upgrades to enhance functionality.
