We’re looking for a friendly and passionate Breakfast Team Leader to join our team.
The Role
- Ensures that guests receive quality service by providing work direction for Breakfast Team Members
- Collects keys, count the float cash by recording all the data on the proper tracker forms
- Obtains handover and all relevant information from the Night Manager.
- Assigns allocations for the Team members for the breakfast service.
- Conducts briefing before and after the breakfast service.
- Leads the team during the breakfast service, supervising the floor to guarantee a smooth and correct execution of operations.
The Person
- Stays abreast of current and new industry technology relating to function
- Performs required duties and responsibilities in a timely manner
- Greets and smiles at guests and customers when coming across them on the hotel grounds
- Assists colleagues to perform similar or related jobs when necessary
- To ensure accurate and timely communication with other departments
- Comply with company grooming and uniform standards
