As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team supporting the Double Tree by Hilton Woking hotel which is just a short walk from Victoria Place shopping centre, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The newly refurbished meeting and event spaces provide the perfect setting for gatherings of up to 350 guests.
What your day will look like??
As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing overnight front desk operations, ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently, responding to guest queries, and liaising withother departments as needed to maintain a seamless and welcoming guest experience throughout the night.

We’relooking for a reliable and proactive Night Receptionist who is passionate about providing a safe, welcoming, and seamless overnight experience for guests.You’llhave experience in a front desk or hospitality role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently during night shifts. Confident with hotel systems and comfortable in a fast-paced environment,you’llhandle guest queries efficiently, support colleagues when needed, anddemonstrateprofessionalism, teamwork, and a positive, solution-focused attitude throughout your shift.
