As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team supporting the Double Tree by Hilton Woking hotel which is just a short walk from Victoria Place shopping centre, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The newly refurbished meeting and event spaces provide the perfect setting for gatherings of up to 350 guests.
What your day will look like?
As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s overnight operations, ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of all guests throughout the night. You’ll lead the night team, manage front desk operations, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, resolve any issues or queries, and ensure the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently until the morning. You’ll also liaise with other departments and be responsible for completing overnight procedures, reports, and handovers to ensure a seamless transition to the day team.
What You’ll Bring?
We’re looking for a confident, reliable, and proactive Night Manager who takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high standards throughout the night. You’ll have previous experience in a hotel front office or supervisory role, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to make confident decisions independently. Comfortable working with hotel systems and managing a team, you’ll be organised, calm under pressure, and able to handle unexpected situations with a professional, solution-focused approach. You’ll lead by example, support your team, and ensure every guest feels safe, welcomed, and well looked after throughout the night.
