As part of Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the HR team working in our Head office which is based at Holiday Inn Express- Heathrow Terminal 5.
What will your day look like?
The role focuses on supporting and coordinating Learning & Development (L&D) across the organisation. You’ll manage L&D enquiries, learning platforms, training records, internal and external training, mandatory training, apprenticeships and work placements. You’ll also help improve L&D processes through AI, automation and digital tools-streamlining administration, improving workflows and enhancing the learner experience. This role offers hands‑on experience in learning technologies, AI, apprenticeships and talent development, providing a strong foundation for a career in L&D, Talent Development or Digital Learning.
What will you bring?
The ideal candidate should have strong digital literacy and confidence using technology, with experience of Learning Management Systems being advantageous. They should be proficient in Microsoft 365 and comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and efficiency. Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills are essential, alongside excellent attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
