Crimson Hotels Group is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to join the Holiday Inn Express London – Heathrow T5 team. You will manage daily reservations, handle group bookings, and coordinate with Front Office, Sales and Revenue to optimise occupancy and guest experience.
The role requires experience in hotel reservations, strong knowledge of Opera PMS, and excellent organisational and communication skills. Weekend shifts may be required to support operations.
