As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of DoubleTree by Hilton London - West End, a 275‑room hotel perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 100 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.

What your day will look like?

As a Room Attendant, you will truly listen to our guests, anticipate their needs and achieve 100% guest satisfaction. As well as perform your key duties such as cleaning guest bedrooms, public areas and assisting with guest requests.

What You’ll Bring?

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, you’ll have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional service, a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can‑do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.

Experience within a similar environment is preferable, however we look for attitude, commitment and interpersonal skills rather than experience as we will give you the tools to ensure you are successful in your role.
