We are looking for an experienced Shift Leader to join our team.
The Role
As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard in order to deliver exceptional customer service to Guests. Your main duties include:
- Advising your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel
- Monitoring the appearance, standards, and performance of receptionists with an emphasis on training and teamwork
- Maximising sales revenues through up-selling
- Managing Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely
The Person
As well as having previous experience in a similar role, we look for a Shift Leader to have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.
