We are seeking an experienced Shift Leader to join our team.

The Role

As a Shift Leader, you will supervise the Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to ensure high standards and deliver exceptional customer service to our guests.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Advising your shift team of any special events or VIP guests
  • Monitoring the appearance, standards, and performance of reception staff with a focus on training and teamwork
  • Maximizing sales revenues through up-selling
  • Managing guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and effectively

The Person
